Mediterranean Pasta

With spring Hot season approaches. Here you find a recipe of a fresh dish that will refreshing you.

An Italian spring recipe is pasta with cheese and tomatoes. This dish is also good cold.

Ingredients for four portions

400g of pasta
4 spoonful of olive oil
3 clove of garlic
600g of tomatoes, marjoram
35g of salt
1 mozzarella cheese , pepper
2 spoonfuls of grated pecorino cheese
3 spoonfuls of grated parmesan cheese


Wash and cut up to pieces the tomatoes; cook the pasta in a pot.
In another pot brown the garlic and tomatoes, add one spoonful of marjoram and cook for 5 minutes.
Chop the mozzarella; pour pasta in the flavouring; add pepper, pecorino and an half of mozzarella cheese.
Then mix and add the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Cook for other 5 minutes.
