Appearance for me is nothing...personality is very important, but sometimes a person may seem reserved and cold because of shyness, but actually they have a very good personality.
I like very much extroverted or outspoken (but not too much) people, because they are always open to other people! I hate loud, arrogant people and overall I really hate people who always want their way!
