Doesn´t matter if your're black or white!

Someone once told me that war is a way to show that you care about your country and the people around you. Right now in our school we have the theme "how could it happen" It´s about the First and the Second World War. And sometimes I wonder why people are fighting and killing eachother when we look just the same on the inside.

My grandparents on my mothers side are from Finland, and 70% of my soccer team are from many different countries around the world.

I think it´s good with foreigners because:

1. Foreigners bring their traditions and culture with them, for example Halloween. Halloween is an american tradition brought to Sweden, and today many families celebrate it every year. If the people in sweden would know more about different traditions it would make Sweden a more international country.

2. Foreigners can learn us and help us to improve our selfs. Recently the people in Sweden voted no in the quenstion if we should have euro (EMU) or not. I think we made a mistake, I belive the euro would have given us a new and more international Sweden. The taxes would have been lower, the big companies would have to lower their prices because then they had been in competision with other Europe companies.

3. Many of the foreigners that comes to Sweden are often very well educated, often more educated then the most of the people in Sweden. The foreigners always have something useful with them, for example it´s much easier for Sweden to communicate with another countries if Sweden have foreigners from that country.
