Lemon cake

I took this recipe from my Grandfather. It’s very nice because it isn’t very difficult to do. Don’t worry! It isn’t sour! I remind you to choose the best lemons! Enjoy your lemon cake!

Ingredients:

-300g flour
-300g sugar
-300g butter
-6 eggs
-1 and 1/2 lemon (juice)
-1 lemon (peel)
-1 leaven for cakes

How to make it.

Mix sugar, eggs and butter and then add flour and a pinch of salt to the dough. After that mix all together with the lemon juice and peel. Add a ration of leaven and put the mixture in the oven for 40 minutes (180°).
