Rock in Rio is the world’s largest music event and this year it will take place in Lisbon, Portugal. This famous rock festival from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, will break all cultural barriers between Portugal and Brazil and we’ll have the chance to appreciate the best within all kinds of music.
Portugal’s Rock in Rio will present famous names like Britney Spears, Metallica, Slipknot, Guns N’ Roses, Sting, Dj Vibe, Xutos e Pontapés, Ivete Sargalo, Sérgio Godinho, Rui Veloso, and Alejandro Sanz. Many others haven’t confirmed their presence yet but the organisation is confident they will and that we will have a great rock show.
This year, the event will send a message of social consciousness and contributions will be given to disadvantaged children.
I’ll be there, on the 4th of June with some friends to see Slipknot, I love Slipknot. In my opinion they are the best metal band in the world. I’ll be there waiting for you.
